I’m so excited to finally be blogging Kat & Lee’s gorgeous London wedding! It seems so long ago since I met Kat & Lee, and it feels a little bit surreal that the wedding is now behind us. It kind of goes to show the importance of photography that even I feel so happy to relive this wedding through the pictures, and it isn’t even my wedding!
First of all, what can I say about Kat’s stunning gown. It was by Caroline Castiliano at Hitched in Chislehurst (Kat’s pretty headband was also from here) and was so classically elegant, which suited Kat to a tee. Kat’s pretty Rainbow Club heels complimented her dress beautifully.
The wedding ceremony took place at All Saints Church in Blackheath Village, and the reception celebrations at the Trafalgar Tavern in Greenwich. This was the first time I’d ever visited this Victorian pub, and it certainly charmed me with it’s nostalgic atmosphere.
Passion Flower had created the beautiful lemon centrepieces (which were complemented by the cutest limoncello favours!) and the girls lovely bouquet’s, which I thought were all show stoppers. The talented Zoe from Bunny Delicious designed the prettiest stationary, and The Yummy Cake Company created the stylish wedding cake.
As the evening drew closer The Folk Knights got everyone on the dance floor from the first beat! A brilliant finale to this wonderful day.
Kat & Lee, I could not be happier for you two. Thank you so much for being so kind and welcoming, and for allowing me to be such a comfortable part of your beautiful day. I will treasure the memories forever. x
