The wedding of Sam and Tom took place at the picturesque church of All Saints in Blackheath – an iconic local church and one I had long admired and wanted to photograph.
The day began at the Bull’s Head Hotel in Chislehurst where the bridesmaids slipped into their sophisticated cream-coloured dresses from Oasis and Sam into her delicately beaded Phase Eight gown and heels – with her hair in a soft up-do she looked absolutely beautiful.
At the church Tom was patiently waiting, the look of pride on his face when he saw Sam was truly heartwarming and after a lovely ceremony the celebrations continued back at the Bull’s Head Hotel. With the Pimms flowing and the fabulous weather the wedding got into full swing, there were so many personal touches to the day; the cake & cupcakes were made by Sam’s mother and a close friend was responsible for the amazing bouquet.
