Sarah & Spencer’s wedding was special for many reasons. Not least because I had earlier photographed Spencer’s sisters wedding. And prior to that Spencer & Sarah’s best friends wedding Ricky & Gemma. Capturing this gorgeous day amongst many friends, as well as working alongside the talented Anneka Ireland Videography, made this day all the more special.
The day began at the stunning Botley’s Mansion, where Sarah & Spencer both got ready – Sarah with their daughter Chloe, and Spencer with their youngest, Ollie.
After having her make-up done by talented friend Michaela, and hair by Lauren at Brides To Be, Sarah slipped into her Justin Alexander wedding gown and slipped on her glamorous Carvela heels – she looked simply incredible. Walking down the isle, she simply took everyone’s breath away, most of all Spencer’s!
Even though Botley’s Mansion in itself is already a feast for the eyes, there were lots of pretty touches that elevated the space into a bit of a fairytale wedding scene. I adored the delicate pastel coloured blooms by Sonning Flowers, and the Let it be Cake creation was simply stunning! While guests enjoyed the delicious menu served by the Botley’s Mansion team, acoustic player James Deane, entertained the guests with his music, and was absolutely brilliant.
So, it suffices to say, I love every second of this day, and most of all it was such a privilege to get to witness Spencer & Sarah so happy and in love, and all their guests glowing with happiness for them.
Congratulations to Sarah & Spencer for a wonderful day that will live in my memory for many years to come. Thank you for having me! xo
