If there was one event I had been waiting impatiently for, it was Kyproulla & Russell’s wedding! I grew up locally to Eltham Palace and it had been a long time since I had visited this amazing 1930’s Art Deco mansion, so when Kyproulla contacted me over a year ago about photographing her wedding there I jumped at the chance!

I can’t quite believe that the big day is now over – but the memories of this spectacular celebration will remain with me forever.

Kyproulla and the girls got ready at the Bromley Court Hotel. Jo at Love Hair did a beautiful job with styling, and makeup artist Lucy made sure that everyone looked fantastic. Kyproulla’s stunning Ritva Westenius gown and Rainbow Collection heels were so classic and elegant, and when combined with her glitzy secrets headdress created the perfect final look. The colour scheme was blue and white and the bridesmaids deep blue dresses were from Coast, and Flowers by Mimi Fleur provided even more beauty.

The ceremony took place at the The Great Hall, where Russell waited with his two best men until Kyproulla & her dad arrived in an iconic Rolls Royce. (A special thanks to Dee Bhudia, who photographed the Groom’s preparation and caught so many amazing moments during the day.)

The couple had written their own vows, which was very personal and moving, Here is a small part of what Russell wrote: ‘Kyproulla, you are the kindest, sweetest, most generous person I know, and from the moment we began our relationship you have made me a better man, and I don’t know where I would be without you’.

As you can imagine, there was not a dry eye in Eltham Palace! I have to say that this must have been the most exciting wedding day I’ve ever been a part of. Kyproulla & Russell really and truly managed to create a day that no-one present will ever forget.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your extraordinary day Kyproulla & Russell. Wishing you a wonderful future as Mr & Mrs Adair! x
